The Showboat sing-along cruise has been a staple here at Scott’s for many years.  The original version was designed in 1932 by Ray Scott Sr. and carried a seven piece orchestra which performed special arrangements while parked in front of Oquaga’s hotels.  Although the days of the big band have long since gone, the magic can still be felt on each and every Showboat cruise.  The flat-bottom vessel has seating for 35 and with piano on board, you can join the captain on some of your “olde tyme” favorites while learning a little bit about the lake.  The Showboat’s daily voyage is something many of the local residents enjoy from their docks, so be sure to wave as you go “…chug chug chugging along!”
